Good for the Supreme Court. The Court held that "enemy combatants," whether US citizens or not, whether held at Guantanamo Bay or on US soil, have the right to challenge their confinement in US courts.

As Justice Sandra Day O'Connor wrote, the court has "made clear that a state of war is not a blank check for the president when it comes to the rights of the nation's citizens."
